GENERATING EXTERNAL FUNDS

1.       Four different research proposals were written in 2000.  They were submitted to the following agencies:

Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, Department of Education

Field Initiated Studies, Department of Education

Javits Gifted and Talented Education Program, Department of Education

Research on Learning and Education, National Science Foundation

2.       Consulting, speaking, and workshops to disseminate information on the DISCOVER projects

 Have generated $175,245 to support research/development of DISCOVER from 7/1/98 through 12/31/00.
